in Rancho Santa Fe, California
The beautiful Rancho Riding Club in Rancho Santa Fe, CA features three main riding arenas all with state-of-the-art GGT footing installed in 2018. We have direct access to miles of Rancho Santa Fe trails and a large grass hand grazing area. The facility offers small and large dirt paddocks, a hot walker, hot water wash racks, and several stabling options. The main barn has matted 12x12 stalls, with yoked doors on the stalls inside the barn. Surrounding the main barn there are numerous 12x24 partially covered pipe corrals available at a lesser rate. RRC provides all night security by Rancho Santa Fe Security, a lovely club house available for hosting events, a large communal feed room, clean restrooms, as well as an organized fire evacuation plan.
Krystalle has worked with everything from young horses to top jumpers, hunters, and equitation horses and students, and has a comprehensive understanding of teaching methods that have proven successful from novice riders to Grand Prix. Her goal is to help develop her students as horsemen and bring their goals to fruition. Proper care of your horse's mind and body are of the utmost importance, and Krystalle takes pride in the meticulous work of her staff and herself both in and out of the ring. Krystalle's training techniques focus on developing a program best suited to each horse's capabilities and work to strengthen the fitness and confidence of both horse and rider in order to perform at their best. Wildfox Farm also operates a sales program, which has been increasingly successful, and we are thrilled that all horses that have been placed are competing with great success with their new programs.
With two avid equestrian parents, Kelsey’s love for horses started early in life. As a junior, she competed in hunters and equitation on the California “A” Circuit. Kelsey later shifted her focus towards the jumpers and worked her way through the ranks, qualifying for NAJYRC and eventually competing at the National Grand Prix level. Throughout her riding career, Kelsey has been lucky enough to train with some of the top professionals in the country such as Rich Fellers and Margie Engle. After competing throughout North America and spending a brief time in Sweden, Kelsey has come back to her California roots, now working under the guidance of Krystalle.
